Why am I getting Chargebacks?
There might be various causes for a chargeback on a specific transaction.
In general, chargebacks are related with bad customer service/product or service delivery experience. If a consumer detects fraudulent activity on their card, they can request a chargeback.
Some common reasons for chargebacks are:
- Fraudulent transactions
- Unsatisfactory quality of goods delivered
- Duplicate payments
- Goods not delivered
